Background: Disruption to healing process results on longer duration from the timeline. Povidoneiodine and tulle are common management in wound care. The advance of industry health sector andthe availability natural ingredients Indonesia provide opportunities for developing alternatives forwound Turmeric (Curcuma longa) contains curcumin which is anti-inflammatory, antibacterial,and antioxidant; it good healing. Hydrogel nanocomplexes carboxymethyl chitosan canmaintain moisture area protect hydrolysis. Objective: To analyze potentialof turmeric extract loaded hidrogels accelerating closur. Method: experimental research with“post-test only control group design”. sample consisted 30 mice were assigned into 5 groups.Result: All groups experienced a gradual decrease length. statistical test resultsfor II III showed significant advantages compared IV (p<0.05).
